Limited tickets are available to attend the esteemed annual Val Whyte Bursary Performance!
For only two performances, the Joburg Ballet and the Joburg Ballet Academy along with the Junior Ballet production come together to offer this grand Event in honour of the Val Whyte Bursary.
The Val Whyte Finalists will perform in the Adjudication Class, a Solo & Group Variation, coached by Fiona Budd.
The Val Whyte Bursary is a unique private institution, which awards one promising dancer with a cash prize towards five years of ballet tuition, allowing these talented performers to reach for their dreams of becoming a professional dancer. Each finalist also receives a year’s tuition at the Joburg Ballet Academy and the privilege of receiving training of the highest quality.
The Bursary, established in 1991, has awarded these lifetime opportunities to winners and finalists for the past 33 years running.
