Every five years The Gateway School hosts a Revue where the many talents of our severely intellectual disabled learners are showcased. Many months of hard work and dedicated practise goes into making this event a showstopper.
The story is centred around two jokers making their way to the carnival and going down various detours and meeting many people during their journey. There is always a moral to the story and in many scenes this can be seen.
The show promises to delight young and old, making everyone laugh and sometimes maybe shed a tear. The sets are colourful, the music foot tapping and varied. What stands out is that after attending this performance you will probably want to see it all over again.
